Gambling is entertainment. It is not an income, not a way out of a debt and not a skill that beats the mathematics. The Kingdom is built so that stopping is always as easy as starting, and every tool below is in your account panel — none of them needs a support request.

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. Never wager money you need for something else, never chase a loss, and step away when play stops being fun.

1. The tools

  • Deposit limit — a ceiling per day, week or month. A tighter limit applies instantly; a looser one takes 24 hours, on purpose.
  • Loss limit — caps net losses over a period, counting bonus play.
  • Session limit — logs you out after a chosen time and warns you five minutes before.
  • Reality check — an on-screen reminder at your chosen interval showing time played and net result.
  • Cool-off — closes the account from 24 hours to six weeks. It cannot be lifted early.
  • Self-exclusion — six months, one year, five years or permanent. Marketing stops, the account cannot be reopened for the chosen period, and a new account opened to get around it is closed with deposits returned.

2. Warning signs

Ask yourself honestly whether any of these have become true. Are you playing longer or for more than you planned? Returning to win back a loss? Borrowing money, or using money meant for bills? Hiding how much you play from people close to you? Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play? Has gambling stopped being enjoyable and started feeling necessary?

One yes is worth a limit. Several are worth a break.

3. Where to get help

These services are free, confidential and independent of any casino.

Blocking software such as Gamban, GamBlock or BetBlocker can shut off gambling sites across every device you own, independently of any operator.

4. Protecting minors

Registration requires proof of age and every account is verified before a payout. If a minor shares your device, use parental control software and never save the password. An account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed, winnings are voided and deposits are returned.

5. What we do at our end

Staff are trained to spot signs of harm and to act on them. Play patterns are monitored for markers such as escalating deposits, long unbroken sessions and repeated cancelled withdrawals, and we contact players about what we see. Marketing never targets a self-excluded or cooled-off player, and we do not offer credit.
