Royal Mushroom Cookie Policy

Version 2.1 · Last updated 12 August 2026 · Applies to all players of Royal Mushroom

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your choices and understand which parts of the Kingdom get used. This policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Categories we use

CategoryWhat it doesLifetime
Strictly necessarySession and login, security tokens, fraud checks, remembering that you accepted this bannerSession to 12 months
FunctionalLanguage, currency, dismissed banners, favourites and recently played gamesUp to 12 months
AnalyticsAggregated page and feature usage, load times, error reportsUp to 24 months
MarketingAffiliate attribution and campaign measurementUp to 30 days

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off — without them there is no session to protect. Everything else runs only with your consent.

2. Changing your mind

Your choice is stored for 12 months and can be changed at any time from the cookie banner or your account panel. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all expose this under privacy settings. Blocking the strictly necessary category will log you out and may break parts of the site.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by services we rely on rather than by us: payment providers during a deposit, game suppliers inside a game frame, and our analytics processor. They can only read the cookies they set, and none of them receive your identity documents or payment details from us.

4. Things that are not cookies

We also use browser local storage for small interface preferences, and tracking pixels in marketing e-mail to count opens. Local storage never leaves your device. Pixels stop the moment you unsubscribe.

A note on this build. Royal Mushroom is a demonstration website and sets no cookies at all. The banner you saw is part of the interface being demonstrated; the only thing stored is a local-storage flag in your own browser so the banner and the welcome strip stay dismissed.
