Royal Mushroom Bonus Terms

These rules apply to every offer on the Promotions page unless that offer states otherwise. Where an individual promotion and this page disagree, the promotion wins.

1. The rules that apply to every bonus

• Wagering: x35 of the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry the same x35 requirement.
• Maximum bet while wagering: €5 per spin or hand, including a bonus buy.
• Expiry: 30 days from crediting. An unfinished wager and its balance are removed at expiry.
• Order of spending: real money is always used first; bonus funds only once real money is gone.
• One at a time: a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is active.
• Once each: one claim per player, household, device and payment method.
• Minimum deposit: €20 unless the offer sets a higher one.

2. Game weighting

A bet placed on a game weighted at 0% is valid play but contributes nothing to the requirement.

3. Free spins

Free spins are credited to the game named in the offer and are played at that game's fixed spin value. Where an offer promises two batches, the first arrives immediately and the second within 24 hours. Unused spins expire after seven days. Winnings land as bonus funds and carry the x35 requirement; the maximum you can convert from a free spin batch is €100 unless the offer says otherwise.

4. The Welcome Pack

The pack totals €2,300 and 250 Free Spins across three deposits: 100% up to €500 with 200 Free Spins, then 50% up to €300 with 50 Free Spins, then 150% up to €1,500. Each step needs its own qualifying deposit of at least €20, and the steps must be claimed in order. Skipping a step forfeits it.

5. Cashback and VIP rewards

Royal Roots cashback, level prizes and Mega Spin winnings are credited as real money with no wagering requirement and no cashout cap. Cashback is calculated on net losses across the calendar week and paid on Monday morning.

6. What voids a bonus

• Exceeding the €5 maximum bet while a wager is running.
• Patterns of play designed to clear a wager at low risk — covering both sides of an even-money bet, or moving a balance between low-volatility games at a fixed stake.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wager is complete: this cancels the bonus and any balance derived from it, and pays out the real-money portion.
• Claiming through a duplicate account or a payment method already used by another player.

Where a bonus is voided we remove the bonus funds and their winnings. Deposits and real-money winnings are never touched.

7. Changes

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion. A bonus already credited keeps the terms it was credited under. We do not change wagering, expiry or the maximum bet retroactively.
